Special group rates are coming in from the hotels as they come in.

Regulations

• All players must participate in all 9 rounds. There are no exceptions, and failure to complete the event, barring an emergency, will affect future tournament eligibility.

• Due to the 30-second increment, players are required to notate for the entire duration of the game.

• Players must sign their score sheets and return them to the tournament director (TD) upon completion of the game.

• Possession of electronic devices during a game is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture. Players may check in their devices at the TD desk before each round.

• Additional fair play screenings may be conducted to ensure the integrity of the event.

• The forfeit time is 60 minutes unless otherwise notified by the TD.

• The organizer reserves the right to make any necessary adjustments to the rules throughout the event.
